I made a really simple script and shot list for this project because I was behind schedule a bit and had limited time to perfect everything. Also, I struggled with writing the script fully due to not being 100% sure on if I was going to be able to find another person to be in it.

Character Profiles

It was hard to create the character profile for the character of Aiden and I wasn't sure if I should since the audience would never see him anyways however, I decided that since he is a significant part of the story alongside the main character, Mina, it should still be done.

This did go through some changes within the days because the people doing the acting for my film had other things to do however, it did follow the actual times quite closely.

I've never made an official schedule for production before but I do think it was useful at least for the timings of everything.

Risk Assessment

I found that it was a lot more challenging to do a risk assessment for a place like my own home rather than a place like the tv studio or outside. However, it was good practice and I think ended up quite well.

Project evaluation

I found that it was very difficult to look at my project outcome positively this time as I believe I could have done a lot better with the idea I had come up with. During my evaluation I tried to talk about the new things I learnt as well as what I need to work on improving for my next project.

Questionnaire responses

I thought it would be easier if I also added all the responses into a google form as it will be easier to see which audience likes/thinks what rather than just seeing the percentages of the amount of people saying what like how you see the graphs in regular google questionnaire responses.

In my past projects I've only ever made music videos, documentaries and interview style videos so, making a short film was very new to me. Because of this as well as issues with time management this time, I do think there's a lot of space to improve for my next project. I spoke about what I think went wrong and why I am not as confident with this film as I'd like to be in my evaluation as well.
