• In what ways is your family similar or different from those in the book?

• Something similar things I have is with Jeannette dad, when he drinks hard liquor, my dad also does the same but he dosen´t go around trowing things, he just starts arguing back and both and asking to make him food.

I think health because her dad is a very hard liquor not addict but he would ask mom for money. And also when he drinks he gets very frustrated and dosen´t know how to handle his hard liquor. This is health because once you drink so much you get very addict and don´t know how to control yourself when you get out of hand, you just buy and buy more until your broke one point he will get there

whats happening is that dad was not really an addict at drinking but once he took a sip of the hard liquor he would get out of hand, and that dad turned into a angry eyed stranger who threw thing around, which means that he couldn't really control his hard liquor but she says that this happen only when mom had money.

This relates so much to me because my dad is still a liquor addict, and every time my mom use to work he would ask me to tell my mom for money to buy food but in reality it was for beer, he always told me that he will stop drinking but his never going to change, then talking about Janette dad trowing things my dad was also the same thing he would trow thing to my mom and making it seem that it was her fault, knowing it was all on him because he just couldn't control his system.
