1. 1 memorable thing I have gained from this lecture is how to conduct a good debrief using interesting things. The way a debrief is conducted can affect the cadet's impression/attitude towards the training. They may realise the wisdom behind the scolding or punishment they faced when an interesting and good debrief is conducted.
2. I can apply this in my unit by using the npcc facility kit and making debrief more engaging to the cadets. Instead of the normal "squeeze! What do you think about today's training e.t.c.", I can ask more interesting questions that makes the cadets think deeply such as "What object would you use to describe the experience of today's training?
3. I like the engaging and fun presentation that Jin Hong sir did
4. Ways to improve how I conduct a debrief
5. Nil

- 1 memorable learning point i have gained from this lecture is that every debrief is a must to conduct but the way we conduct it plays a part too.
- i can apply this in my unit by conducting a debrief by using the materials that can found around us or even make use of the kit that is given. This is another way to make the debrief more interesting and more effective.
- This lecture is interesting as there were a lot of skills and way for us to actually apply on a daily basis.
- I would like to learn more about how do we actually understand someone's emotion or opinion's and how do we actually react to it.

1. one memorable thing that i learnt from this was about how my squad can make our future debrief more fun and engaging . We can use the cards given and prompt them to talk more . Just like what Hajar said , drinking plain water alone taste and feel lonely , but once we do it as a squad , the feeling of satisfaction is there .
2. We can apply this by basically using the cards given or even play some games . We can play games such as broken telephone just to hint to them that if there is no communication or the wrong information is given , the team won't succeed .
3. I like the part where they provide some sweets to keep up awake and how the CI prepared and made the effort to actually make the debrief more interesting .
4. I would like to learn more on the different ways on how we can communicate better with our future cadets in a way that we can bond with them and make them feeling welcomed to NPCC .

We also get to test our knowledge that we had learn in the past 2 years and testing the creativity that we have in mind. for the leadership programme, i had learn to make a good debrief for my future cadets thus identifying the type of leader i am which was a mix of charasmatic and democratic.

2) Knowing to communicate better with my squadmates and the actions that i should react to challenges i faced.
3) Clearly know myself in dept about the real charcter of mine
4) Making squad to really understand the type of person we are and try to help up on the things that i could change on so that i am aware of the things that i should improve on and my strengths
