Aside from these websites, I like to ask other experienced teachers in my department what they have done to teach a specific skill that I am looking to teach as well. It helps students visualize hard to see concepts in chemistry that deal with really small atoms/molecules/particles. One of the hardest parts for students in chemistry is being able to conceptualize what is happening. These simulations help students understand and see models easier.
