For example, before I start an assignment with my team member, I am going to ask my team member which part will they want to take first, instead of telling them which part they are going to do. To let them pick the part that they want to finish can let they feel they are under caring, people who feel that they are being cared can perform a better result according to Daft. Becoming more relationship oriented will be another significant outcome to me, in the reality, the relationship among people is important in all the industries. If you are only focusing on finishing the job, you might get a good result by giving pressure on people to do the work, however, once for all, people around you will get tired of this kind of atmosphere. Then they will be less motivated and might result in performing badly. An experienced leader knows that keeping a good relationship with colleagues are essential.
