         <title>Emotional Wellness</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I chose this because emotional wellness is what I am working on. I believe that a person with good emotional wellness manages their stress well and is happy overall. If I will be able to develop my emotional wellness, I think I would be able to balance my emotions, be more optimistic, would know how to properly deal with my stress, and work on my self-esteem. This is an important factor in able for me to live a long and happy life for being aware of your emotions helps you manage them. The ability to accept my emotions whether I am- angry, stressed, or sad would allow me to seek solutions that could help me manage it better. This is important because it can prevent anger management problems and depression which is very common in our world today.&nbsp;Pictures attached below are some snaps with people the people who contributes big part of my emotional wellness.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Social Wellness</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I chose this because I have lived the quote "No man is an island"; everyone must rely on the company and comfort of others in order to thrive. Social Wellness is the ability to relate to and connect with other people. Our ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with family, friends and future co-workers contributes to our Social Wellness. It's something that is essential for me to be able to build my overall wellness. I am the type of person that is very social. I love talking to my friends and family even just virtually for it makes me feel that I am not invisible. Conversations are what keeps me engage and feel like I am not alone.&nbsp;Pictures attached below are some snaps with (some) people that is a massive part of my social wellness.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <title>Occupational Wellness</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Occupational Wellness is having a career that is meaningful to you and to society. Right now, my "career" is being a college student and a part time baker. I chose this wellness because I love the idea of being inspired and challenged, doing what I love- which is baking and sharing my hard work to others, working (baking) independently, and lastly, I love that I feel good at the end of the day knowing that I was able to sell my pastries and people appreciate and love them. For me, this is such a signifant factor in building my overall wellness for it makes me want to get up in the morning knowing that I will be able to do something that I love rather than staying in my bed and watching movies all day. Pictures attached below are some snaps of me doing my occupational wellness :)</div>]]></description>
