The challenge would be everyones computer cooperating at the time they are ready. Teachers want relevant material they can implement this year.  There could also be some confusion as to which modules (JPA vs. Online PD) are to be completed during the floating PD day or not. Some sites have been given some info about the online PD, but it is being presented as something you can complete all on Aug 5. I also think some teachers will become my full time second job tutoring them and you're not paying us enough for the amount of help they'll need!
