         <description><![CDATA[<p>I am King James I and I am the first puritan king who took over after the Great Queen Elizabeth. I was the first King of England to translate the Bible into English calling it the King James Bible. I was honored as the namesake for the new English settlement in our newly acquired land of America. We named it Jamestown.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I Charles I ruled from 1625 til 1649 and I as well believed in the divine right of kings just as James I did. I did not do anything about the struggles with the Parliament over taxation, religion, and governance so it continued. The feud I had with Parliament led to me dissolving the governed body multiple times without their permission.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I Oliver Cromwell took the throne after Charles I and ruled from 1649 til 1658, I took the throne during the English Civil War. I was a Puritan Army General and because of my success in the war I was crowned the Lord Protector. I was well known for my part in the execution of James I and ruling England as a military dictator.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>I Charles II took after my father and continued the legacy of ruler, I took the throne after Oliver Cromwell and ruled from 1658 til 1685. I had a rough time during Cromwell's rule, I was exiled to France by Cromwell because of the threat I posed to the throne as my fathers son. Once Oliver Cromwell died, I returned to England and restored the monarchy this time period was known as the restoration.</p>]]></description>
