Recipe- Cocido boyacense.

Ingredients:

1 Chicken

1 kg rip of a cow

1 kg potatoes

1kg creole potatoes

4 corncob

1 pound cubios

1 pound chuguas

1 pound habas

1 pound navos

200 g onion big headed

200 g tomato

Salt

Preparation process

1. In a large pot, fry the big-headed onion, long onion and 4 heads of finely chopped garlic; add tomato and color to taste.

2. Portion the beef ribs and chicken to taste. Add to the pot with the stew, and add water, which barely covers the garnish or ingredients.

3. After 5 minutes of releasing a little substance, add in the following order: potato, cobs, chuguas, broad beans and Creole potatoes. Cover the pot and let it cook for 40 minutes.

What I am learning is important, why?
RTA: It is important since not all of us have a lot of knowledge in the area of English and therefore it is good to learn about it, creating in us new knowledge and ways of understanding whatever basis they give us, English is a unique subject that will help us future for any bocacion.

-How does this learning contribute to my personal and professional life?

RTA: for my personal and professional life it contributes significantly since later on I will have to put into practice what I have learned in this subject, either in a job or with people with whom I have to socialize.

-Self-assessment: I honestly give myself 6 points, I haven't been able to actively participate in meetings and forums since my work is complex and doesn't allow me to do it consistently.
