Without a doubt, I chose Ateneo and this is the best decision I made. I had so many experiences here , though I did have many struggles but the good ones mark. My first sport was basketball as my father taught me so much from how to play it to its history. When I reached grade 4 however I became interested in football, and so I did the same but I became varsity in football in grade 7. Through the years I knew how to play both sports really well. I noticed people started changing especially their body orientation and so I became worried about mine. I was a chubby kid and I was able to lose some weight and eventually improve my health somehow. I have learned so much and I was able to improve so much on so many aspects including myself. That school year was the peak of junior high which made me really sad that it may be the last time I will be classmates with them. My three years of junior high school would be nothing without the classmates I had since grade 8. Until grade 7 came, I kept practicing between those grades and I finally took the risk of joining the ateneo junior high team. I was nervous and really scared that they may not accept me. I was scared since I was feeling insecure with the whole set-up. HOWEVER, as the time passes the people in the household proved me wrong. They were this simple family who tries to live everyday amidst the struggles they have. I was able to have valuable time spent with them, especially their kid who I played/babysit most of the time and their lolo who both I took care of.
