    More detailed visions:

    1. A-course: 3x10 ECTS, focusing on insights from natural sciences, humanities, then social sciences. Goal: Nurture and develop subjectivities with the HEK interdisciplinary way of knowing. Smooth transition between modules, possibility for examination mid-course. Examinations more structured, one or several in-house.

    2. B-course: No set structure agreed yet. Goal: Focus on applying and further develop the interdisciplinary way of knowing nurtured in the A-course. Thematic problem oriented modules, e.g. energy transition/transformation, degrowth/growth, coloniality & colonialism. Encourage independence: End B-course with more freedom to pursue their own research ideas and practical ambitions.

    3. C-course: 2x15 ECTS suggested. First module, focus on learning different research traditions integrated with group projects focusing also on practice. Alternatively, 2x7.5 + 15 ECTS, with more clear separation b/w philosophy of science and application.

These should be broad, represent the foundation and tradition of the geographical perspective and come with focus on skills (e.g. critical thinking, systems thinking, etc.). It should not be about personal preferences or research of teachers but about pedagogical considerations that we make about the discipline.
