Legalism is based on controlling people with law to bring out the good in them. It assumes people are naturally bad. Taoism is based on simply going with the flow and accepting people as they are. It assumes people are good and bad and just accepts that. Confucianism and Legalism are also both based on changing people, where Taoism is based on simply accepting people. Legalism takes a more forceful approach, and Confucianism takes a less forceful approach</div>]]></description>
