    • frequencies, 
    • recurring patterns,
    • isolating  major occurrence, 
    • discovering which performance indicators were present
       and which were not.
    After determining the necessary interpretation supervisor must choose what interpersonal approach to use with the teacher in the postconference; directive informational, collaborative, and nondirective approaches to  supervision. The supervisor also must consider the individual teacher's level of development, expertise,  and commitment in choosing the supervisory approach.

The conference ends  with a plan for further improvement.

    resources: the materials and/or people needed to do the activities
