By having the good facilities will help to give the members to have a better environment to work together and also enjoy. For example, I will have improve the facilities such as theaters, both stage and cinema, Community gardens and so on. By doing so, we will also help to increase their faith and interest to their job and the quality of life will be guaranteed.   

Next, I will also held an event for the community constantly. This is because by having the event will encourage the community to gather and play together. By doing so will strengthen the relationship and connection among them. For the example, We can held the dinner party and invite all of them to come by or create a club such as book club, sports team and so on. According the the research, people who enjoy the sense of belonging and camaraderie you get from the community gain immense benefits in term of well-being. This is related to the life. By getting together with like-minded people on a regular basic is good for their mental and physical health.

Furthermore, I would like to make an art center, where everyone can freely express their feeling. On that place, there will be a hall for a performance or if someone wants to perform we will provide the stage. We will provide a free course for everything that related to art. I believe, of course everybody has sense of art. By "turning on" the sense of art for every individual, they could released their problems so they will have a sort of good mental health.
