Health is the state of not being sick, both mentally and physically.<br><br>Social factors:<br>- Education e.g. Education about contraceptives and protection to prevent diseases such as HIV.<br>- Housing - Homes that are safe and prevent hazards / Some neighborhoods experience more crimes.<br>- Social support from family and friends - Less prone to violence.<br>- Inequality and discrimination can lead to chronic stress.<br><br>Environmental factors:<br>- Natural disasters<br>- Water sanitation<br>- Climate<br>- Air pollution<br><br>Economic factors:<br>- Wealth of the country - HICs are more likely to have better, more accessible healthcare compared to LICs.<br>- Employment - Main source of income for most families and provides benefits e.g. health insurance.</div>]]></description>
