         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>A bar and restaurant assistant manager who resides in Augusta, Georgia, Jack Eisenman has worked in the bar and restaurant industry since 2019. In his current role with Finch &amp; Fifth, Jack Eisenman has developed an employee training program and strengthened the establishment's inventory program.<br><br>Prior to working with Finch &amp; Fifth, Mr. Eisenman was an interim youth pastor starting in 2012 and became an English teacher in 2015. However, in 2019, his career trajectory changed when the White Horse Wine and Spirits establishment hired him as a bar manager.<br><br>Mr. Eisenman’s educational and management training include a bachelor’s degree in English education from the University of Georgia in Athens. He is also pursuing a professional MBA from the University of Iowa. Outside of his formal education, he is a certified beer server.<br><br>Separate from his career in the bar and restaurant industry, Mr. Eisenman has volunteered and supported community organizations such as Diligent Hands Gracious Hearts, Healing Haiti, the Timothy Project, Unidiversity Missions, and the Stewart Center. When not volunteering his time in the community, he participates in running events, such as the Augusta Half Marathon. He is also part of a competitive cornhole league, and enjoys cooking and learning new recipes.<br><br></div>]]></description>
