I will gather prior knowledge from the children to know  where they are in terms of their understanding about setting and then build it on like by saying it is important that I add relevant details to my setting so that i do not tell it but I show it to the readers through my words.
I will then elaborate on the task that I gave them to do - may be with an example for first two pages and then ask them to work on the next two pages.
Link ; I can then conclude by adding  now that we know how setting can change and can impact the plot, characters of the story in a big way, I will always try to make it detailed and significant so that the readers fully understand the context in which the story is taking place. I then tell them to apply and do it for another story in their independent work time while scaffolding the ones who need my help.
