         <description><![CDATA[<div>When a child is playing with blocks, he or she are implementing these standards of learning: <br>STANDARD: SED1.4d- Shows independance in his/her own choices. <br>"Plays quietly with no adult interaction, making own choices."<br>STANDARD: APL1.4a- Takes initiative to learn new concepts and try new tasks by himself/herself.<br>"Stacks plant on top of block like a table to see if it balances on it."<br>STANDARD: APL1.4b- Selects and carries out activities without adult prompting.<br>"Plays quietly with no adult interaction, making own choices."<br>STANDARD: APL1.4c- Sets goals and develops and follows through on plans.<br>"Measures with blocks how long house can be."</div>]]></description>
