The people that lived there dedicated to fishing and preserving the nature. One of the prime reasons people were attracted to this town was because of the plenty of green areas that existed. Little by little people began to arrive and because they were just a few people they met and decide which was the most environmentally friendly way to build their houses. Between those people, there was a 25 years old woman who was the one that proposed the best ideas for being environmentally friendly. This woman´s name was Alicia Yamagawa, whom has been living in this ghost town for 5 years and she had a very astonishing leadership personality, all that she wanted was to take this town forward. In 1999, she proposed a house model 100% sustainable as law for this town to remain being environmentally friendly and proposed to the state of Edogawa the foundation of the town "Keta". On the 20th of July of 2001, the proposal was approved. The town was founded that same day and Alicia was elected as the mayor. People from the United States and different parts of Tokyo started arriving. The fishing and the commercializing of salmon started arising, it was one of the best salmons in quality and taste from all Japan. In 2005, they started to commercialize with different parts of Japan and by 2006 they marketed their product throughout Asia. The people that live there speak both English and Japanese, that's why it's known as the "bilingual town". 
We choose this number of people, because it's a reasonable amount of people living per square meter, since the superficial area is 49,86 m2. We researched other towns population of Edogawa and they have a similar quantity of population as ours.

It is designed to accommodate most of the boats that exist in the village dedicated to fishing as a way of taking advantage of the surrounding waters. The town of Keta is characterized by its specialization in the undertaking of fishing, and its main source is the salmon species because it has a pleasant taste and is highly commercialized among its people, restaurants, and supermarkets for the preparation of distinctive dishes.
In 2008 there was a growth of restaurants dedicated to products obtained from the sea, which sought to prepare better dishes based on salmon, and that is when many people begin to consume regularly more specifically for its exquisite flavor.
The commerce improves and begins to dedicate itself especially to the main source of income at that time, which is fishing, the sale, and the dishes prepared with salmon is thus as the port year after year is observed the increase of the boats dedicated the commercialization of the fishing to supply all the town.

There is a neighborhood that has a small green area, and it is where most of the town´s founders live. Keta is visited by foreigners frequently. Therefore, a hotel was built, and they could stay to sleep there. Also, the town has a beautiful and large beach, where tourists can go swimming. And a port´s beach makes a spectacular place for watching the sunsets. There are well-known parks for its variety of plants, and there is a gym which is very visited by people for working out.
The Keta´ Shopping Mall is relatively big. It is where most of the population of Keta works. It has shops, a bakery, a fish market, a grocery shop, a butcher, a bank and an ATM. Keta is famous because of its excellent quality salmon. There are different kinds of restaurants but most of them are specialized in preparing it. All these restaurants are in a single area, which is in front of the mall.
There are two supermarkets, and one of them is closer to the beach. There is an ice cream parlor that tourists are delighted with, a cevichera and a guard post that it has been very useful because it has prevented many accidents on the beach.
