A grant management system commonly used by funders has recently served a notice of discontinuation. This will likely effect a number of funders (there are about 50 organisations who use it).

NIH (USA) Policy Changes

For those HEIs who regularly apply to NIH (USA) as lead or partner can we exchange latest information people have since the policy change excluding foreign sub-components? Also any forward planning going on for how to deal with the likelihood that existing awards will eventually have to reapply as individual projects to comply with the new policy?

NIHR / Cuts to ODA budgets

One of our Global Health Policy and Systems Research (HPSR) Projects Call 2 applicants received a response from the NIHR this week, stating that they couldn't offer a funding decision right now owing to the UK government temporarily reducing its Official Development Assistance (ODA) to 0.3% of GNI by 2027.

Has anyone else experienced this for grant proposals currently awaiting a funding outcome?
