         <description><![CDATA[<div>Industrial action is primarily initiated when in the circumstance of disregarded labor views by that of the employers responsible for the organization in consideration. Strike action is directly associated with this act and is defined as the collective refusal by employees to commence work, instigated as a method of decreasing labor productivity, in order to establish labor concerns in an attempt to impose their views on certain aspects pertaining to work, such as wage claims, work hours, pension rights, minimum wage, safety, training, and employee treatment, thus inciting industrial unrest. <br><br>While invoking an industrial course of action when in opposition against particular work conditions can publicize such opinions, it may induce various disadvantages as well. If organized on a small-scale level, workers only tend to lose potential earnings. However, on a substantial level, production can significantly decline, generating adverse publicity as well as enforcing precarious negative effects upon the economy, thereby hindering economic progress, consequently stimulating inflation levels. Hence, the proprietor suffers critical revenue losses and is therefore obliged to fulfill the demands of his employees if the strike succeeds, or, on the contrary, be encouraged to discharge workers permanently. <br><br>Alternatively, peaceful strikes prompt less economic impairment and can easily be resolved through reasonable discussions facilitated between both parties involved. Nevertheless, a strike is not an exclusive procedure to be coordinated, upon the encounter of such issues. Employees can make an appeal for trade union membership so that any employment dispute can be settled in a constructive manner, among which both the employer and employees can evaluate and determine possible solutions, relative to the situation in regard. High trade union representation in countries such as in Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway- with rates exceeding over 50%- has been discovered to directly correspond with favorable levels of income equality.<br><br>To approach this complication, multiple deterrents can be administered within the workplace. Various counteractive mechanisms can be instituted in an endeavor to decrease the probability of the occurrence of such events, such as that of consultative measures to address employment conflict, an appropriate channel of communication as well as a pleasant work environment available to all employees. Workers can, additionally, also be informed of the repercussions (as mentioned above) influenced by a strike. It is pivotal that internal communication networks within organizations are coherently designed, to relay such affairs within the firm in order to achieve optimal labor satisfaction, rather than having employees resort to strike action. </div>]]></description>
