The Picasso Tigerfish
Also known as humuhumunukunukuapua'a which is the state fish of Hawaii. They are named for their dorsal fin which they raise and lower at will, often using it to wedge themselves into tight crevices when they feel threatened.
Harlequin Tusk fish
These fish can be identified by their bright blue-lined orange bands and their four harp protruding teeth, which helps them tear into hard-shelled invertebrates.
Batfish

These large and easy to see share their name with the famous Batman himself. While they are welcomed members of the Ripley’s family, Batfish are considered invasive and aggressive fish.

Unicorn surgeonfish

Although not all unicorn fish have “horns” on top of their foreheads, male “horns” tend to be slightly bigger. Instead of using these “ horns” for defense, surgeonfish use the sharp spine at the base of their tail that is said to be as sharp as their scalpel.
