         <title>Warm apple with cinnamon </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Ingredients:<br><br></div><div>120g (6 tablespoons) Greek yogurt<br>115g apple<br>7g (0.7 tbsp) chia seeds<br>2g (0.4 teaspoons) coconut fat / oil<br>3g coconut palm sugar<br><br>Spices: cinnamon<br><br></div><div>&nbsp;Preparation:<br>Chop the apple and fry in oil.<br>Season with cinnamon.<br>Put Greek yogurt in a bowl and cover with coconut sugar.<br>Put fried warm apples and chia seeds on top.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div> Ingredients :</div><div>2 cups of fıne bulgur wheat<br>&nbsp;2 cups of hot water<br>&nbsp;1 tbsp tomato paste<br>&nbsp;1 tbsp pepper paste ( if you cannot find pepper paste, double the tomato paste)<br> 1/4 -1/3 cup olive oil<br> 1/2 bunch green onions, chopped finely<br> 1 small onion, chopped<br> 1 bunch flat leaf parsley, chopped finely<br> 1 cucumber, chopped finely</div><div>2 tomates, chopped finely<br>&nbsp;2 sweet green peppers, chopped finely</div><div>Juice of&nbsp; 1/2 lemon&nbsp; (you have to taste and add less or more lemon juice) or <a href="https://amzn.lazycatkitchen.com/pomegranate-molasses">pomegranate molasses</a><br> 2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)</div><div>1 tsp black pepper (optional)<br>&nbsp;1 tsp mint flakes or 1 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped<br>&nbsp;Lettuce, chopped finely</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Method:&nbsp;</div><div>1.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Boil a kettle of water, you will need 2 cups of water to pour over bulgur wheat. The best ratio&nbsp; is 1 volume of bulgur wheat to a bit less than 2 volumes of water.</div><div>2.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Place bulgur wheat into a large bowl, pour boiling water over it and cover immediately. Let it sit for 20 minutes without taking the lid off.</div><div>3.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Chop the vegetables (tomatoes, cucumber, parsley, onion, peppers, lettuce ).&nbsp;</div><div>4.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Mix tomato paste, pepper paste ,olive oil, juice of the lemon and pomegranate molasses together. Once the bulgur wheat is ready, mix this mixture into it. Now mix in chopped vegetables and herbs.
