following on from first assignment where focus was on funding, BUILDING on this, looks like I'm heading down path with the inter-related concept, that it takes more than money  to improve results eg. look at impact of family, teachers, business and obviously the individual.
Functionalism again gets a mention, but also Weber and bureaucracy and globalisation!!
getting bigger by the line.
before I drown, just looking for confirmation that I am heading in the right direction?
