The main one for me being the dress code, I believe this creates problems and conflict in schools. I strongly believe that schools should not have as strict dress codes. I have also noticed how students get treated differently, I've seen and experienced adults favoriting students and students not receiving the punishment anyone else would have gotten. Although these aren't very big problems, I still believe they should be confronted.

I don't like to form an opinion on somebody until ive attempted to get to know them personally and try to stay away from others opinions and words. I've found a lot that people who are generally disliked and criticized by others are usually very cool and people I'd like to know, which is very different from others opinions.  This problem may be very minimal and personal but I feel as if many people would be much happier if they stopped forming opinions on people based on others perceptions. I've always been a lover of animals since i was a young girl. One thing i never understood is how people can treat animals so badly. They are still living things. Almost every time I driving around Lancaster county I see a dog or cat stranded outside in the cold or a horse where they are so skinny that you can see their ribs. I personally think it crazy how horrible some people can treat their animals. There are a lot of kids who are struggling with depression and many other mental illnesses, even if they don't look like it on the outside. You never know what could be going on in their life, and being mean to them certainly will not make it any better or easier to keep going. In my experience in past years, bullies have not been punished to the extent that they should be, and I've even seen the victim getting in trouble instead from time to time. Some of the big ones in my opinion though, are social media, pollution, and climate change. Some people chose to think that climate change is fake, but there is proof of the world being destroyed by it. Climate change and pollution go hand and hand because in order to help with climate change we need to stop being so pollutive to our environment. Another big problem in our community is social media. Social media completely consumes our lives if we let it and honestly most of social media is really toxic.
