I've been to a place character because its my home. My home has character because its where I live and I know many memories that have happened, and the unique things that I have, like a homemade cabinent, or a wood carving, which none two are the same. I have been to a place like that and that place was Disney World. It just filled my fun bucket as there was nothing that was remotely boring (except waiting in long lines). The rides that you could experience took you to a whole new world. It should be memorable and have personality. One place I've been to is Venice, Italy. Whether paddling in a canoe over the rivers that make up Venice or visiting St. Mark's Square, Venice has a sort of surreal feeling which can't be replicated. Knowing that you've gone to a place unlike all others is amazing, and the setting is the memorable part of it. I have been to a place with character. It was when I lived in Canada. Specifically, a daycare.  Everyone was lively and I had so much fun there. She was a famous violinist so when she would tour she had brought figurines and put them all around her house. Her husband too, would bring figurines since he was a soldier. Maybe it was looking a little wonky which made it look kind of goofy. It also means that you were emotionally attached to it so that you will find little signs that the building or place has feelings. For example, to other people a way that the marble looks or how the fireplace seems to them is all just normal but to someone who was living there for most of their life they would see faces that weren't there before or pictures that someone wouldn't notice at first glance. 
To me I think that my old house has character because of what i have come to see.
