         <description><![CDATA[<div>The current leader of Mexico is Enrique Pena Nieto. He was elected President on December 1, 2012. Nieto is in his fifth year out of a six year term. Mexico recently changed a law that said a president could not serve two terms. For the most part, Mexico follows the presidential system very closely.<br><br></div>]]></description>
