I feel that social behavior as a whole is a extremely helpful and important thing for all living things. I feel this way because if an living thing does not socialize its feelings or wants towards a mate or animal that it wants to be its mate then nothing will ever happen like reproduction. An example of how socializing is important for all living things is courtship display. Courtship display is a good example for this because it shows how when the animal expresses its feelings through different senses it is technically flirting with the other animal to make it, its mate and reproduce.

This behavior has become an adaptation because it helps the population grow. Many species have adapted to this behavior because it is an easy way of showing that the animal wants to mate and reproduce with the other animal most likely of the same species. This is a natural selection as well because it helps the population or species. Which is why it has also been passed down for generations.

The main attributes of this behavior is for the animals to display affection to another one of its kind to mate and reproduce. The animals usually uses a small amount of chemical, visual, and auditory stimuli. The more elaborate forms of courtship frequently help strengthen a pairs bond that is supposed to last the birds through raising their younger or longer. Another important function of courtship is its use of an isolating mechanism, a method of keeping different species from interbreeding.
