It was becoming a very bleak environment with a noticeable lack of motivation. The quality of the work is decreasing with every passing day and the incoming funds are rapidly tanking every quarter. To be a strategic leader you cant spend all of your time being reactive, you need to be proactive.
There are five aspects that go in to being a Strategic Leader, you need a create a vision, have a high-level cognitive activity, gather multiple inputs, anticipate and create a future, and have revolutionary thinking. 
If Brian could be trained on how to be a more strategic leader, he would be able to inspire his employees to create more and use their imagination. If he could effectively inspire his organization then he could boost office morale and improve the earnings and quality of his company.
