Today , before we started our class , we introduced ourselves for the first class . After we finished with the introducing , our lecturer explained about assessment individual in this subject . There is five assessments we must complete in this semester , which is two quizzes , one test , one presentation and one mini project . Next , the lecturer continue to explain further about what we must do in his class , which is the attendance . He told us that we must update him if we were to absent and send him our MC . We must attend classes atleast 80% which is the average hour is 45 for semester 1 . Lastly , our lecturer gave us a task for each pairs to do by the end of every topics .

We continued with our learning into further of chapter 1 with Sir Firdaus. He gave us our first assessment, tutorial 1 via Microsoft Teams. We had to complete the task given to us as soon as possible but we had not submit it on time. With Sir’s permission, we then managed to do it and submit it.

Group 1 and 2 were supposed to be presenting their game tasks, but unfortunately they were not ready with their slides yet. Then, Sir Firdaus proceeded with the lecture of chapter 2 : planning.

We were told quiz 1 will be carried out on week 4 which is next Tuesday (27/2). We then discussed and talk about current issues that have been happening in Malaysia, for example Tabung Haji dropped the dividend (inflation), the 95 Ron fuel was still on RM2.05 per litre, the decrease in subsidy which made prices to increase. Next, we were given a new task, where we have to search all theories related to principles of management topic 1 : introduction to management that we need to submit it the day after (21/2). We proceeded to topic 2 : planning.

Submitted the given task about theories in management. Then, group 2, alya azmeera and norfatin amirah, presented their game task on topic 1 via kahoot. At the end of the class, Sir Firdaus asked us to be in a group of four or five to find one company in Malaysia, must have mission, vision, background story, annual report, logo, trademark and slogan of the company of choice. We were told we have to use Canva to make the slides. We had to submit it on next Monday (26/2) on Microsoft Teams, by group. The submission must be presented just only five to ten minutes on Tuesday (27/2).

Three groups, group 1, 3 & 4 presented their company of choice with great delivery and explanation to the class right after Sir Firdaus entered the classroom. The rest of other groups will be presenting their work tomorrow (28/2 Wednesday). Sir also informed that quiz 1 will be done in class tomorrow (28/2 Wednesday).

The presentation continues with group 2, 5 & 6 and we proceed on the chapter 2 with Sir Firdaus. Sir informed us that quiz 1 will be postponed to next week which is week 5 (5/3 Tuesday). We then discussed our mini project’s positions which everyone in DPM1A alongside with four other students whom repeating principles of management class will take part in. At the end of the day, we conclude that Syazwan, will be our leader of our mini project and Kasih will be the vice leader.

We started our class with Sir Firdaus giving his morning speech, and we talked about some current issues that had been happening recently. Then, Sir Firdaus informed us about the quiz results that he had obtained from last week, then he called out names that got on top three, which is Thivyasri, Wan Nur Husnina and Nuha Adriana. He asked to edit our meeting minutes and submit the hard copy on his desk by 12 pm. We proceeded with our chapter 3 lesson. Lastly, he gave us a task by groups, to find a company, find out which six elements of organizitional structure applies in the chosen company and present it next week. Today, we were informed that we do not have online class, but Sir Firdaus had gave us task which was to watch the recorded class that were given and we were tasked to do mind map of chapter 3.

We started off our class with a little current issues talk among us. We were told quiz 1 will be postponed tomorrow (February 6th). Next, we played chapter 1 game prepared by group 2, Ain and Athirah via Gimkit. The three players that got on the top were Nuha, Thivya and Adib. Then we proceeded our lesson with Sir Firdaus with new chapter, chapter 3. At the end of class, Sir Firdaus asked us to join his kahoot server of principles of management chapter 1 quizzes and played the game. The winner is Shuadah, Adib and Nuha.

Today, we were informed that we do not have online class, but Sir Firdaus had gave us task which was to watch the recorded video that were given and we were tasked to do mind map of chapter 3.

Today, we did our quiz 1. We then did the mini project first meeting on 5:30 pm until 6:00 pm on the evening after the class had dismissed. We had all agreed on what event we will be doing for our mini project which is Sukaneka. We also discussed about our plans and the position of each member that were split into chairman (pengerusi : Muhammad Syazwan), vice chairman (naib pengerusi : Kasih Aleya Hasya), secretary (setiausaha : Nurathirah Alia), treasurer (bendahari : Ros Aliya Balqis), committee members and others. We ended the meeting and proceed doing the meeting minute and report as well as submitting it with meeting evidence (video).

We sat for our online class as we were told and Sir Firdaus asked about how the mini project going. Then, we proceeded with our chapter 4 : Leading. At the end of the class, Sir Firdaus asked us to submit our tutorial chapter 4 by tomorrow (Wednesday 3/4), then gave us a group task where we were told to record a 3-5 minutes video and talk about a company that were chosen by the group.

Today's class in online too, via Microsoft Teams. We continue our lesson on chapter 5. At the end of the class we played a Kahoot game for chapter 3 and 4. The top three winners for Kahoot game chapter 3 are Nurhan, Thivya and Adib. Meanwhile for chapter 4, Adib, Nuha and Thivya.
