For general health and fitness, running 3-4 times a week for 30 minutes each time is a good starting point. Experienced runners may run 5-6 days a week, but it's crucial to listen to your body and take rest days to prevent injuries. Beginners should start with shorter runs (e.g., 1-2 miles, or 30 minutes) and gradually increase the distance or time. Run whenever you are available and always remember that consistency is key but remember to listen to your body.
