Often as leaders I wonder if we feel we need to have all the answers. I think that if we too can place ourselves as learners publicly, we are modelling to those around us what we value. This can be a risky move - it requires us to be vulnerable and potentially look silly in front of those we are trying to lead. Yet this is precisely what we are asking of our teachers and students.
