What I saw was a lot of new plants and met new people and it was very hot too.Also, all of us saw a white Egrat and a Blue Herron.Also, when we went to the beach I found a lot of stuff I found a lighter a can and sea sponge.Also, I had a good and healthy lunch.Lastly I had a great experiance and our tour guide Liz was the best tour guide.

I enjoyed the field trip i loved the beach part how we got to walk on the beach.To be honest though for the first part at the lake I didn't like how much stops we took to talk about one thing.I loved my tour guided Shelly she was nice and i liked the name of our group.I liked the name of the part of the lake we were at it's name was snoopy.i enjoyed how we got to try plants there. I was tired at the end of the day from walking so much.We also saw dead birds at the beach.There was also a cool breeze But lastly i loved it!

I liked seeing the ducks, also the coots were super cool! And I loved trying the sour plants, they tasted nasty but sour. Also I loved seeing the Estuary. And I loved Patricia!

Right after homeroom, we went on the bus I sat next to Breeana. The bus ride was nice and calm it was fun trying to guess what street we were on. Right when we arrived, we got our groups. In my group was Raliege, Zoey, Zoey, Jadyn, Elmer. We got paired with Patrica. When we first started walking we saw a white pelican. The walk was nice we saw a lot of water. We eventually made it to the snoopy pond. Later Patricia picked out a leaf that we can lick. I didn't lick it though it felt weird to me. We saw some ducks diving. We also saw a Blue Herron. Then we we got this plant that we could bite it tasted like a sour apple. Then we had some sour grass then we went to the beach and ate lunch they gave us an uncrustable. After we went to the beach and we picked up some trash. Mr Garcia picked up a sandal. Also, Macon and Josh picked up the stylophone. Later I saw a bunch of sticks and I was trying to make a stick house but I couldn't Raleigh tried.

Also we saw a different stich house and Gabriel went in the house. Later we played in the sand. I have alot of sand in my shoes. Jadyn was doing cartwheels on the sand. I tried I fell. Also in the snoopy pond, there was a dead duck and we named it Snoopy.

On the field trip I saw pelicans, brown pelicans, coots and ducks. And I also like the name of our group. And Shelly was super nice. Also there was a lot of trash and we picked up and through it away. I was also happy to see the beach after a long time.

The field trip was very fun we saw a lot of birds. And the walk was relaxing because we got to walk with our friends. The ducks were the highlight they were the best. They were so cool they were better than all of the things. Shelly gave us the best trip the trip was very fun and the ducks were fun too. The coots were good but the ducks were better. The ducks were so nice and we did not see baby ducks. The sour grass tasted so good it was sour but not that much. The trash could have killed the ducks so we saved some ducks lives. The Estuary was dry and sandy muddy and there were no ducks. I saw the ducks fly they flew so high.

It was cool, it was hot and i liked the coots. i saw a blue harron. I also liked cleaning up trash at the beach. And also i felt really good it was really fun. i liked sitting in the bus to talk to rylan and other people. I didn't taste the sour grass. i was shocked when there a bunch of dead birds. The estuary was very dry I lot it was going to be full of water but it is what it is.

The bus ride there was peaceful. After we parked and got off they began to talk about what we would see. The class got into three different groups of seven and eight. My group walked around and saw a bunch of different birds, including a snake. We tried a plant that tasted like brocoli, and another that was sour like a green apple. After a bit it was time for lunch, all three groups went on the bus and went to the beach. Everyone got off the bus with their lunches and began eating. Once everyone was done, we started walking around the beach picking up trash. There was a bucket that had gloves so I got some to pick up trash. There was a lot of trash that we picked up. There was a few dead birds though.My group tested water while I made a house out of sticks. Once we were done everyone got back onto the bus and went back to school. Lastly, everyone went inside Mr. Garcia's class and talked and ate a bit before going to next period. While at the field trip I felt very relaxed while walking around, the air was fresh and smelt like salt from the sea. I enjoyed the field trip but walking around made my legs kind of tired.

I did not go on the field trip but I was in Mr. L.a's class and we learned about body parts like hands,nose,feet,ears,hair, and tongue. For example if you could roll your tongue or move your ears. We did a work sheet and I liked it we also did something in the newsela.com about Dominant and Recessive genes. We also were seeing who could roll there tongue and what kind of hairline you have and if you have something special like an allergy you have to raise your hand and check a box in the work sheet. The class was fun and cool but I for sure enjoyed that class. Mr.L.a was funny and cool we also just sat in the chairs and we also can eat and drink anything which is cool. I wish I could eat in my other classes but you know how certain teachers are but I had fun and really enjoyed it I wish I was in one of his classes. I did not want to go to the field trip because I did not want to walk only because of my condition so I can't really walk because if I do my pain will get worst but I have scoliosis only 5 degrees but I also have Spinal Tethered Cord syndrome so I can't do certain this and I sadly had surgery when I was a baby but I get M.R.I's every year so yeah that is how my day went for the day you guys went on the field trip. Thank goodness I am good but if I am not acting normal then I can't walk and I will have to get surgery.

Santa Clarita River/Ventura Estuary Field Trip review from Camila. In my opinion, I'd give this field trip an 8.6/10. This field trip was honestly fun and interesting. The bus ride was fun. I sat with my friend. We were on our phones and talking, laughing. Same on the bus ride to school. I saw many different species of birds and many plants. But I ESPECIALLY loved the plant where its yellow on the top and you can eat the bottom. It was super good and sour. I enjoyed the view of the lake and the names like, "Snoopy Pond", and "Lucy Pond". The view of the beach was also very beautiful. I saw many birds such as-- Great Blue Heron, Pelican, ducks, and many more. And also this interesting tall white bird. I don't know the name. The beach was absolutely unforgettable. It was so pretty and the view (yes i'm talking about the view, AGAIN.) was also stunning. We picked up trash on the beach. I felt good making a difference. I enjoyed it. I also liked the lunch time we had. My personal experience was that Raleigh was kind enough to give us chips to my friend and I. Lunch was good. Like any other but it was at the beach and more fun. We also saw dead birds. (Pelican). I saw two dead Pelicans. The staff were also VERY nice. Thank you to Shelly, Patrica and another girl. I don't know her name. (I'M SORRY!!). We also did some water test where we dipped something in salt water. I had so much fun. I learned many things. Then we went back on the bus. I LOVE SOUR GRASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's all. (RIP TO THE PELICANS 💔 🥀)

On the field trip, I thought my group did some cool things like watching the animals and looking at the plants. We even got to try some of the plants. It was funny/terrifying watching the coots dive down for food because my group thought they were going to drown. Some of the plants we tried were very interesting. One tasted like broccoli and another tasted like straight up lemon juice 3 times worse, (at least the one I had). (It was really addicting though). Walking around, we saw a bunch of different animals other than just the coots. We saw a snake, pelicans (some were dead on the beach), an egret, and many more. At the beach, we ate lunch and then walked around the beach picking up trash. I even found a few pieces of sea glass. While a few kids in our group were building a little house out of sticks, our group leader, Patricia, and a few of us tested a sample of the ocean water to see what was in it and how dangerous it could be. Overall it was a good field trip and I had a lot of fun with my group and our leader Patricia!!

Ventura Estuary field trip review p5 it was so cool to go there and so much fun I loved it and it was so much when we all went to go pick up trash and when Josh and mason found that huge peas of stirofome so funny and when Manny got his shoes and him self and when every one kept kept getting sand in there shoes . but it was amazing how much we all made a differents to the beach and the sour grass was good thank for the fun field trip Santa clarita field trip. I rated a 10/10 for me

This Field Trip was very aesthetic. It was kinda awkward and fun at the same time since we had too much people in our group and one of us had to be in a group of only girls. Everyone that was in our group didn't want to leave, I felt that I was the problem so I decided to be the one to go. When I did this I thought that it would be more awkward then it was, but it was just me overreacting. When we took off I was staying behind since I thought they would be annoyed for some reason. After like a few stops there was a stop where we ate some green apple tasting flower. After that there was a few spots that were giving "Aesthetic" if I still remember. After that, we went toward the beach for a clean up, and spotted a dead bird getting its insides eaten by little microscope bugs. When we were chilling that the beach, I was at the hill of the beach admiring the view wondering what will happen to me in the future and hoping whatever I become in the future, hopefully I will enjoy whatever job I am working. After while being on the bus back to school, I realized that it was more fun and funny then I would've ever imagined it. I really enjoyed the field trip and helping not only me but also the beach. Best Field Trip!!.
