1) Appearance: The capsicums on the skewer looked a little burnt and black around the corners. The grilled chicken cubes looked a little dry and had a hint of orange brown color from the curry powder marinate.

2) Aroma: The chicken kebab had a charred meaty aroma attributed by the grilling process with a strong curry aroma. It had a light scent of cooked capsicum aroma on top of the grilled curry flavored chicken.

3) Taste: The grilled chicken kebab was savory and had a strong and warm garlic/gingery taste. It also had hint of spiciness contributed by the curry powder. The capsicum was juicy and sweet

4) Texture: The chicken was dry on the outside but juicy on the inside. It was tough/soft to chew.  Appearance: the nacho cheese sauce had a bright yellow colour which looked very appealing. there was also some spring onions on the sauce which complements the colour of the sauce.

2) Aroma: the pizza gyoza smelled like pizza sauce attributed by the baking process  with a slightly garlic smell . it also had a strong onion scent which was used in making the gyoza. it also had a strong cheese smell like that of a pizza.
Aroma: the nacho cheese sauce smelled a lot like butter and flour so it had a very strong smell.

3)taste :the pizza gyoza was very flavourful. it had a strong ,aromatic taste. there was also a hint of sourness contributed by the pizza sauce and tomatoes. the bell pepper was also crunchy and sweet.
taste: the nacho cheese sauce had a pungent taste and buttery taste. there was also a hint of spiciness because of the spring onions .

4)texture : the pizza gyoza was crispy on the outside but juicy on the inside. the fillings inside was soft to chew and was a little mushy . the gyoza skin also had a golden brown appearance making it look appetizing.

The fillings inside the Gyoza was red as pizza sauce was added.

2)Aroma:The fillings inside of the Gyoza had a smell of spagetti sauce and onion.

3) Taste: The Baked Gyoza tasted had a garlic taste. The skin of the gyoza was very crispy as oil was added before baking There was also a taste of oregano as we added oregano before baking it.
The fillings inside had a meaty taste n the capsicum was soft and sweet.

4) Texture: The Gyoza skin was dry but the fillings inside was not to dry or watery it was just right, this balanced the taste of it. The meat and capsicum was also not too tough to chew. Some parts were yellow. The pizza gyoza looks oily and there were little 'bubbles' forming on the parts of the gyoza where it is golden brown.
2)  Aroma : strong smell of spagetti sauce and onion.
3) Taste : very crispy and flavourful due to the skin of the gyoza and ingredients cooked. Strong taste of spagetti sauce and vegetables. However, could not really taste the meat in the gyoza. Tomato was juicy. The taste was balanced well when added the nacho cheese. Both of the cheese and ingredients fitted well with each other.
4) Texture: It was not as dry as compared to other fried foods. The pizza gyoza was soft, chewable and juicy. The outside of the pizza gyoza was crunchy yet soft enough for us to chew.

The edges were not fully cooked as we could see that they were a lighter shade than the other parts of it.
2) Aroma: It had a slightly charred yet tangy smell from the mix of all the ingredients, but the aroma of the tomato stood out the most to me.
4) Taste: When biting into it, there is an obvious taste of pizza sauce as we used a lot of it to make the dish, yet the onions and garlic were not too strong since it was cut into tiny pieces.
4) Texture: The skin of the gyoza was hard especially around the edges as it was not fully cooked. But the rest of the skin was crunchy and it was easy to bite into. The gyoza had a hint of tomato sauce and had an oragano smell.Which when the gyoza came out of the oven it smelt like pizza.
3)Taste: 
The gyoza tasted sort of like pizza and the taste of spagetti sauce.The gyoza when dipped in nacho cheese had a mixed taste that mostly tasted like the nacho cheese as it had a strong taste.The gyoza was also dry and crispy.
4)Texture:
The gyoza had inprints that were going outwards and had the texture of something crispy, the gyoza was also soft on the inside with the meat and vegetables.
