Currently all EiM IT issues were gathered and managed through an IT ticketing system called “Manage Engine”. My research involved a review of historical IT issues, including tickets review by the above-named software, as well as the technical reviews relating to IT supporting strategy use in industry, including the main website and a major case study. In addition, I will make contact with a number of new EiM colleagues who have been joining us for two to three months, to explore the problems and issues they have.
