-Lighting  is used in many ways it shows the characters face to show their emotions and also sometimes no lighting for scary sad scenes such as Edward vs Jim at the end of the movie, there is less lighting to show the scary scene and to show how angry Edward is to Jim.

Edward Scissorhands is a movie that shows how great relationships can be and shows how bad relationships can be, Edward is first found in the haunted mansion by Peg she treats Edward really nicely even though he has scissor as his hands, Peg treat Edward with great love and appreciation, it is to tell people that difference doesn't matter. After Edward arrives at the town he meets his neighbours, his neighbours are really nice and treats Edward as everyone else, this also shows how being different doesn't matter.
