Write a PARAGRAPH explaining what you learned from Chapter 2: Force and Motion.
AFTER you complete your paragraph (5-7 sentences; NO CONTRACTIONS) list ONE example for EACH of Newton's Laws (so, there should be 3 examples in all). DO NOT COPY SOMEONE ELSE'S RESPONSE. (I should have 70 completely different responses by the end of the day!)

I've learned Newton's 3 Laws of Motion. The 1st Law is that an object will remain at rest or in uniform motion in a straight line unless acted upon by an external force. It may be seen as a statement about inertia, that objects will remain in their state of motion unless a force acts to change the motion. The 2nd law is that of motion can be formally stated as follows: The acceleration of an object as produced by a net force is directly proportional to the magnitude of the net force, in the same direction as the net force, and inversely proportional to the mass of the object. The 3rd For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. The statement means that in every interaction, there is a pair of forces acting on the two interacting objects. The size of the forces on the first object equals the size of the force on the second object. Thanks for teaching me The 3 laws Ms. Q!!!!

I have learned that when forces act on each other that the motion of the object does not change. I have also learned that it is not gravity that makes your body rise out of it's seat on a roller coaster and it is actually inertia. The third thing that I have learned is the sun is a primary source of light. Another thing that I learned is that acceleration means the rate at which the speed or direction of motion with an object changes over time. The last thing that I am going to say that I learned is a contact-force is a force that needs two pieces of matter to touch each other. Some examples or Newton's 1st law (law of inertia): A golf ball sitting on a tee.Newton's 2nd law: it is easier to push an empty cart than a full cart and it requires more force to lift more weight. The last law(Newton's 3rd law) the swimmer pushed the water back to propel himself forward. Thank you Ms. Q for teaching me these things!!!

From chapter 2, I have learned many things. The first law of motion is the law of inertia, and it says that any object in niform motion will stay in motion until an unbalanced force acts upon it. One example of the first law of motion is when some people are playing tug-o-war, and one team has more team members, so there is a net force from the stronger side. The second law of motion says that acceleration is produced when a forceacts on an object, and thatthe greater the mass of the object, the greater amount of force needed to accelerate the object. In other words, force = mass ✖ acceleration. The third law of motion says that "Every action has an equal and opposite reaction." One example of that law is where a balloon unties and air rushes out as the action, and the reaction is where the balloon flys around the room. These are Newtons laws of motion.

Here are some things that I learned. First, I learned that Sir Isaac Newton created the three laws of motion. Second, I learned that the net force of a balanced object is zero. Third, I learned that the two kind of forces are non-contact force and contact force. Fourth, I learned that the tendency for an object to resist a change in direction is called inertia. Newton's three laws examples:
1. If I throw a ball in space it will continue on forever because there is no net force to act on it.
2. It is harder to push a 50 pound weight versus a 30 pound weight because the 50 pound weight has more mass.
3. When someone releases a balloon filled with air the air comes rushing out causing the balloon to go flying.

I learned that Newton's First Law of Motion is that anything that is in motion will stay in motion unless a force acts apon it, or vice versa. The Second Law of Motion states that an object with more mass has more inertia, the thing that makes mass try to resist changes in motion, the object has. That means the object will be harder to move. The Third Law of Motion says that every action has an equal and oppisate reaction. That means that if a ball is kicked by someone, the ball distributes the same amount of newtons.

Examples:
First Law of Motion:
A kid was walking to P.E. but did not look where they were going, and did not stop until they hit the pole in the middle of the hall.
Second Law of Motion:
A toy chest that is filled with computer parts has more inertia than a toy chest that is filled with fabric.
Third Law of Motion:
A balloon that is being pushed administers the same amount of force to the thing that is pushing it. Lets say the person was pushing with 10 N. The balloon would give off the same amount of N back, so 10 N were getting administered back into the person.

Sorry I was not here Thursday & Friday. I was sick. ❤❤❤
