1. Explain the Policy that ''The school shall be the heart of the Formal Education''

It is where children learn. Schools shall have a single aim of providing the best possible basic education for all learners. It shall be the goal of basic education to provide them with the skills, knowledge and values they need to become caring, self- reliant, productive and patriotic citizens. The school shall be the heart of the formal education system. It is where children learn. Classroom management is important to consider in teaching process. One of the principles in teaching is to be concerned with the environment of the students.

In line with that we have the physical arrangement, time management, discipline/behavior of the learners, daily routines, methodologies, procedure in teaching, instructional materials in rendering the knowledge to your students. Proper time management could sustain the interest of the student. It must be apportioned for all well planned activities in a day. I would not allowed a student to be late in attending my class so they won't missed any lesson. Second, Early preparation for the activity to avoid pressure and confusion. For the submission of projects, assignments, activities it must be on time and the leader should collect all the papers before I come in and it must be placed on my table. I will ensure that all my students will know how to value the time and self management.

Establishing daily routines could help us to have a smooth flow of activities and it could avoid unnecessary distractions during the class. I think the daily routine that I will follow are:

Checking the Attendance

Keeping the cleanliness of the classroom before and after the lesson

Having a quiz/ exercise/ seat works after the lesson

Forming a group activity (depends on what lesson is assigned)

Assured that all learners understand the topic

Have a recitation or reflection about the lesson

Ask the class of what is happening to them
I think attachment to your students is a must because it is a way of having their respect and getting the amour of the students. And I believe that unity of the class starts from the teacher.

2. Explain the Principles of shared Governance

I’ve realized that the principles of shared governance paved way to the enhancement of the sense of cooperation and teamwork of all the sectors in the society which is very essential in the realization of the goals and vision of education. In connection with this, the principals have the power to execute those policies, goals, and projects to their respective schools for the fulfillment of the educational objectives. As a realization also, I can say that the teachers, who are in the actual field have the biggest and crucial role in the attainment of the present educational system. As a teacher, I must perform my role, duties and responsibilities to the best of my ability towards my pupils because in the end, teachers are the ones accountable for their learning outcomes. To be able to relate and perhaps, meet the needs of our pupils, we must open our eyes to the realities of the kind of environment where they live. Teachers must be culture sensitive especially those who were assigned to remote areas where the people have such culture that is totally different from that of the teachers. Through this, we can understand our pupils well, why they are behaving in such ways and doing those things so that we can help them overcome inferiority complex and most importantly, we can help them improve the quality of life they have. We can also give them the quality basic education that will enable them to acquire skills, to gain knowledge and to have values that are vital for them to become caring, self reliant, productive and patriotic citizens.

Society has developed itself into a complex system of organisations and interactions, therefore the demands on schools and schooling has become greater. The need for professional teachers grew with it. Teaching is formative in nature and one grows within the profession and hence through daily experiences.
