God gave her wisdom that let her persevere through her short but very astonishing life.

Before she died, she realized that her difficult mentality never let her live a day without struggle. Even though she lived her life with large struggles, God never gave up on her and gave her unconditional love. In result to that, St. Therese pursued her life with holiness as an ordinary person. From the constant support that God gave her, she made Histoire d’une âme (“Story of a Soul”).
