It included the Conant group Cougars in Need who take food to help feed those who cannot afford their next meal. We discussed ways to raise awareness for collecting food and how we can actually collect it. He recommended that we could either volunteer at FMSC or collect food our own and donate it. As a group, we decided that we would be making flyers at the Schaumburg library and then distributing them out throughout our neighborhoods to help collect some food from our community in order to give it back by donating it to the Schaumburg food pantry of Cougars in Need program.
