The strategies I used during the process were asking Mrs. Reuter for advice, looking at the grading paper, using the papers Mrs. Reuter gave us for help, and asking for advice from my PLN.

My biggest challenge in this paper was probably my 1st paragraph because it was hard for me to know what to put in my first paragraph. This was the point were I asked Mrs. Reuter for help.

My advice to my classmates is that if you need help, don't be afraid to ask Mrs. Reuter or anyone on your PLN for help or advice.

2. I thought that the only resources I used was the actual had cover book. It had illustrations of what was going on and some of the things in the paper copy that Mrs. Reuter gave, some of things were missing.

3. I thought that my biggest challenge during the DWA was the time crunch I was under. When I got my paragraphs done, it was fine, but I had a lot stress over this period of time. I was also worried that I might not be done in time.

4. Some advice my fellow classmates could be use your time wisely because you don't know how much time you have left. Some other advice could be is to really look for details that other people might not think of. Like, when we were in our editing circles, one of my partners had a point that I would have thought of.

So just stay ocused and it will be all right.

I found the story and my old literary essay the most helpful resource because I was able to find lots of quotes and look at my other literary essay for structure. I also found out that my PLN was very very helpful because they were able to edit for me.

The biggest challenge that I had was having to work at home with no classmates to read over and edit my story. I overcame that by texting one of my friends that was working on the same essay in a different block to give me some pointers when writing the literary essay.

My advice to other classmates would be to make sure that they keep the rubric in mind and use the same structure as the ones we have done together. We also need to remember to prepare for the essay and maybe write a practice essay.

I am most proud of working on it at home so that I could get it done. Instead of just playing video games or something else that would've come up. I got it done and made sure I stayed with the class, so that I didn't get behind. Or that my paper wasn't rushed.

One of my resources that I was very happy to have along side me. Was Sam. We both made sure to check over each other's work, but also to give each other pointer's and those type of thing's, so that our paper was flawless.

When writing my literary essay, the beginning and ending was definitely the hardest part. I say this because it has always been a struggle for me, however having a person to help me was great. I also just persevered through it and just got it done, so it would be done.

The most important heads up, or tips to future essayists is. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ENOUGH NOTES, AND ENOUGH INFORMATION! This is by far, the most important part. If you aren't able to back up your claim, or your thesis statement. Then it really isn't a real Essay

One of the best resources was all the packets and sheets mrs. Reuter gave us. Also another one was kyle because he fixed a lot of my errors i made and also gave me some good advice.

The biggest challenge for me was the conclusion because i had to have the thesis at the end and also have kinda like a question at the end.

Some adivice is to take your time and do not rush because when you rush you make alot of spelling erros

What resources that was most helpful to me is the Literary Essay checklist because it helped me to check and she if I have all of this and see what I'm missing so I can add what I'm missing to make this essay the best it can be.

What was the biggest challenge to me was writing the 3 paragraphs because I needed to quotes, evidences, and finding section of the story and using them in my paragraphs so I can prove that this theme is right.

For my advice for the On Demand is try to do the best so you can be proud of yourself when done with the Essay.

I found most helpful to talk to my friend Hayley because she always had great advise and suggestions and was not afraid to tell me if I messed up or made a mistakes or it just didn't make sense. And always Mrs. Reuter was a good help. Also using the papers that Mrs Reuter handed out to help us like when we were checking to make sure we had everything we used the checklist she gave us.

My biggest challenge was my introduction and conclusion. I have trouble making my introduction the way I want it to be. I think the problem with writing introduction is me wanting it to sound prefect and be perfect. Another challenge I had was making sure I put the quotes in perfectly. How I fix this was I just did my best.

My Strategies and resources were the Thought Prompts, and the check list, This helped me because the Thought Prompts helped me when I needed help with my quotes to give evidence to my quotes. The check list helped me with when I didn't know what to put into my body paragraphs and my intro also my ending.

One of my biggest challenges was that I forgot to put the Thought Prompts in the first body paragraph so I needed to go back and use the Thought Prompts poster to help me also my friends on my P.L.N. to help me with it to.

I think that you can check over your writing also you can get some help from your friends. Also one of the people that helped me was Lexi.

I had Cat help me with my thesis in the way of editing and revising it. She helped me improve my story and help me with errors that other partners couldn’t see. She really helped me and I think she was a really big help in my literary essay she helped me improve it a lot. She helped me with running on and getting directly to the point.

My biggest challenge was probably making my essay sound really fluent and I think that it was really tough to make it sound so fluent but I had my PLN to help me and Cat helped me too. They helped me but giving advice about what to do and what not to do, and what was too much and what was not enough. But that was a really challenging thing for me to accomplish and I think that that was a big thing for me to overcome my habit of running on and not clearly getting to the point.

My advice for my classmates is that you have to get to the point as fast as you can and you can stall on your paper but you really shouldn't it is a bad habit.

Also you should have a really good thesis statement that can basically describe what your essay is all about.

2.) A resource I used was the "Aunt Chip and the Great Dam Affair" story. It helped me understand the story better and pull out the quotes that are needed. Another big resource was my friends, for example, Luke and Peyton. My parents and my teacher Mrs. Reuter are a great help you get stuck in a jam and you don't know what to type. This is a big help if you need one because your parents and teachers are always there for you.

3.)What was my biggest challenge? My biggest challenge was trying to conclude the story. My conclusion was toughest paragraph, I spent at least two to three hours working on it. When I finally finished I was so proud because I struggled but came back up with an amazing ending. This was when I realized that you can start with something bad and rise back up and have something that amazes you.

4.) What advice I have for classmates? My advice is that you stick to it and never stop trying. This little piece of advice can help you overcome most problems, as long as you never stop trying. I had learned this throughout the entire year and I still try to stick with it. This can help you become a better writer and a better person. That's my advice.

2.Some the resources i used was the story Aunt Chip And The Great Triple Creek Dam Affair. It was the most helpful resource i used because the sory helped me get all of my quotes and make my story what it is.

3. My biggest challenge was my quotes because you had to find the right quote for your topic and your thesis. Quotes are the most hardest for me because you have to take lots of time to see if the quote fits the story.

4. What advice i have for my classmates? Is to make sure you have a good thick paragraphs and to have the quotes and the whole story fit you thesis. GOOD LUCK!!! Hope you did well.

2- What strategies and resources did you use that you found most helpful? The strategies I found most helpful were the people in my PLN. I find them the most helpful because when I had felt that something in my paper wasn’t just right, they helped me and gave me very good advice that improved my paper a bunch and made my paper very powerful, important, and very good.

3- What was your biggest challenge and how did you overcome it? My biggest challenge was my conclusion. My conclusion was my biggest challenge because I had a conclusion, and I had felt that my conclusion was terrible. I overcame my challenge by asking for help from a friend from my PLN, and they explained to me what a good conclusion needed. She also gave me an example by reading her conclusion to me, and that inspired me. Now my conclusion is better than my first draft, and I feel very proud and confident in my conclusion.

2. A couple of strategies that I found useful was my PLN. I had a lot of people from m PLN help me with my story and edit it. Even if people around you aren't in your PLN don't be afraid to ask them for help. If you have another person help you it is so much easier than you trying to read it over and over.

3. My biggest challenge was my conclusion because I am not good at leaving someone wit something to think about at the end of a sentence. Meg and Mrs. Reuter helped me with this a ton because they gave me so much support and helped me write a good conclusion.

4. Some advice that I have for people is that you should take your time because this is not a race and it does not matter how long your paragraphs are it just matters how good they are.

2. One recourse I used was the thought prompts poster because it has many good sentence starters to use after a quote. It also flows good and sounds well in my story.

3. My biggest challenge was finding good quotes to tie in with my Thesis Statement and ones that would make sense in my body paragraphs. How I prevented this was reading Aunt Chip over and over again to find those quotes that I may have missed.

4.Some advice I have is to read the story a ton because you may have missed some important deatils or quotes that you could use in your paper.

2. What strategies and resources did I use that I found most helpful? I found that the best resources where my friends because they gave me advice that I used to make my essay better. A strategy that I used was to persevere and keep working hard because when I thought that I didn't have anything to say, I kept thinking of ways to explain it better and in the end it turned out great.

3. What was my biggest challenge? At first my biggest challenge was my conclusion because I couldn't think of a good way to word it so that it would wrap up the essay nicely, but then I started to get the hang of it so it turned out good. Another challenge was at first my paragraph 3 seemed that it was going downhill but then it turned out to be the best paragraph I had.

4. What advice do I have for my classmates as we begin the on demand benchmark assessment? Some advice I have is to do your best work because the on demands are the ones that really count. Some more advice that I have is make sure you persevere and keep going because you know what they say when you think you done, you've just begun.

2.) I found that the most important resource I used in this processes was the story. This is important because the most important part of the story are the quotes. So you can beck up your statement.=)

3.) A huge challenge I faced were, spelling. I was never good at spelling and I struggle with it a lot. But when ever I didn't know how to spell a word I would ask someone or guess. =)

4,) That I should practice on my spelling. Witch I understood. And urged me to start practicing spelling.=)

2.) What strategies and resources did I use that I found most helpful. I think that the literary essay checklist helped me a lot because It told me exactly what I needed and the revised one even told me what I should use to check the box off.

3.) What was my biggest challenge and how did I over come it? I would say my biggest challenge was my conclusion because after three super long paragraphs plus an introduction, I was really out of steam to write another paragraph. I over came the challenge by taking a short 5 minute break when I was writing the conclusion to really think about what I was going to say.

4.) What advice do I have for my classmates? My advice is: If you need either a 5 minute break or an hour break take it. But if you do take a break, then try and remember to get beck to work. Also, If you sometimes need to just take a day away from writing, I'd do it but still eventually want to get back to writing.

I read the story like 13 times and looked for useful quotes. I also asked someone for help. Shout out to Braden and Spencer! Personally, the most helpful resource was my friends. I always asked them for feedback and they really helped!

My biggest Challenge... well I had A LOT of challenges. I had a real challenge. That was getting bored and tired of working and slacking off. But my friends helped me and said for me to get to work! Also I got an empty brain sometimes and didn't know what to write. So I just closed my eyes, took a deep breath and relaxed for about five minutes. It worked too!

Some advice I have for my friends is that remember to stay on task and work hard for this next one. Just because it's the last assignment doesn't mean it doesn't go in the gradebook. So don't slack off, and get it done

The strategies I used for my theme based literary essay, was to read each paragraph and then re-read it about three times. The other strategy I used was to use a check list, the check list I used was the one paper Mrs. Reuter gave to my whole class. The resources I used were all of the paper's Mrs. Reuter gave to my class and I. The other resource I used a lot was the realistic fiction story "Aunt Chip and the Great Triple Creek Dam Affair."

My biggest challenge in my theme based literary was my worst writers block for writing I have ever had. I had extreme writer's block. Mrs. Reuter really helped me overcome my writers block, as she was helping one of the other students in my class and her were discussing things. Then it popped into my mind, it clicked my writers block just disappeared.

My advice for the On demand literary essays, is to always think you can do it, never lose faith. Always be confidence about your writing, and don't worry about others opinions. Also, always try your hardest for great grades.

2. Some big challenges I had where not being able to use my computer and finding the info I need to state my thesis strongly thought the entire essay. Another challenge is having extra info to put in my ending.

4. Some advice I have for my class mates is that you should check to make sure you have enough information before you start to do the assignment and to make shure you have enough info in each of your paragraph if not extra just to get your note across.

2. A resource, I used Aunt Chip as a resource because it had everything that I needed to finish my essay. The resource gave me lots of great ideas of Aunt Chip.

3.What was my biggest challenge? My biggest challenge was my conclusion because it took periods of time to see what will fit in on my thesis statement. 

4. My advice for my classmates? My advice for my classmates is that you should never give up and keep on working on your essay. Even if it is hard, you should never give up on yourself and just keep on working and never stop when your essay is all finished to make your teacher proud.

One resource that I used a lot was my PLN. the people in my PLN really helped me revise and make my paper better by proofreading it and helping me reword some spots.

My biggest challenge was my Introduction. It was hard for me to figure out a way to start my paper, to include the plot summary, and to let it run smoothly. I overcame this by getting help from my PLN.

My advice for classmates is to use what you know, and to use your resources.

The most helpful thing that helped me during this essay was the story its self. I could always go back to it when I needed to. I used it to fined quotes and events that I needed for the essay.

The one thing that was the most challenging for me was finding the thesis. I didn't want to do the same thesis that other people were writing, I wanted to write a unique thesis.

My suggestion is to stop and think. Don't try to rush through the essay. But don't work to slow that you don't get it done in time.

I used Aunt Chip and the Great Triple Creek Dam Affair as a resource to find, facts and show that I can back up my evidence. Using the story really helped in my story to bring it all together. Because if I didn’t used text evidence from the story it would be very plaine. I also added quotes to make my story make more sense.

My biggest challenge in writing the essay was, trying to base everything on your thesis statement. That was a challenge for me because knowing that there is only so little facts you can find, can be a challenge. Another challenge was trying to do the themed-based Literary Essay by yourself, sometimes when your struggling to find text evidence. I overcame that fear by, taking my time and asking questions when needed. I used what I knew from past experiences from actual Literary Essay’s. And also using the thinking prompt to help essayist’s think, that also really helped too.

The advice that I can give to my classmates for on Demand-Writing is that don’t be afraid to ask questions, be ready to research topics. Don’t be afraid to be yourself.

2- I found my story most helpful because it got me all me info and every time I would read it again I would get something new out of it.

3-The biggest challenge I had is my conclusion. I over came that asking my PLN for help and also asking anyone around me.

4- My advice is to stay focused through all the work time you got because it's hard to get caught up again. Also that you should make sure multiple times that you have three quotes in each body paragraph.

3.The biggest challenge I had was my conclusion because It was hard to find quotes in the Beginning but in the end I was able to find quotes.

1. What am I most proud of? I am most proud of my third body paragraph. It is one of the longest paragraphs I wrote, and I think it has the best evidence, too. When I was writing it, I wanted to make sure that my ending was strong, and it was. I used a lot of quotes, and explained every quote thoroughly. Some of my other paragraphs were borderline-summary, and while I fixed them to explain the theme, my third body paragraph kind of came to me naturally, I didn’t take that much effort, and it still turned out great.

2. What strategies and resources did I use? I made sure to use the boxes and bullets structure for all of my quotes, and then I explained them later in my essay. I just put the quotes for organization, because it’s hard for me to work when things aren’t organized and all nice. I relied on my friends a lot, mostly Maddie and Maria, for checking my work and making sure I was doing everything right. (They’re quite good at it.) They made my essay a lot better than it would be with just my edit circle and me.

3. What was my biggest challenge, and how did I overcome it? My biggest challenge was probably the introduction. I got stuck on writing it, I didn’t really know what to say. When I would write something down I didn’t really like it. I had Maddie and other people in my PLN help me with it, and it ended up turning out pretty good. I also got through it by persevering, and after a lot of trial and error, I found something I was happy with.

4. What advice do I have? Challenges are challenges, they won’t stop you. Although some stuff may be hard, just keep working until you think your writing is good. If it takes longer than everyone else to write something, it’s fine. Focus on the quality of your work, not how fast you can get it done. If you do that, even if it may take a long time, you’ll have a better outcome, or consequence. (ha ha.)

2.I used my story as my resource because that gave me the most information to me like all of the quotes and the information. 

3.My biggest challenge was probably the conclusion. The conclusion was the hardest because I did not know how to end the essay. Then I got help from some of my PLN helpers and then they helped me how to end my story. 

4. My advice that I would want to share would be that if you get stuck on something, ask for help like I did and you could get some of the best help you could possibly get and not struggle anymore.

2. One of my biggest resources was my outline. This really helped my piece to go together smoothly. My editing circle people (Tealyn, Peyton, and Evvie) really helped me to make my piece the best it could be. Three other people who really helped me a lot were Anja, Jaden, and Maria. They all helped me to read and edit it. It was them who helped me to make my piece perfection. 

3. My biggest challenge was coming up with my subtopics. Once I had my boxes and bullets down I was able to write my paragraphs no problem. I just needed help to come up with the ideas. To get help I went the people in my PLN, like the people I mentioned above and my parents.

4. Some advice I would like to give for the On Demand is to use all of your resources and you should always keep in mind that your writing is just as good as anyone else's and if you put in time and effort, then your writing can become AMAZING!!! Stay on task and perceiver to the end so you can achieve greatness.

2)A resource I used was thesaurus.com for different words other than saying and,but,or,etc a bunch of times. A strategy I used was working on putting my quotes in my outline and then drafting the physical paper at home. It worked for me because I felt like there was time to do it and then I did not have to scramble at home to finish a paper or essay that I had no idea about. I had order and that's exactly what I needed.

3) My biggest challenge was definitely making my thesis. I usually LOVE making the thesis, but with this particular short fictional story there were so many to chose from that I had so many ideas in my brain that it was a mumble jumble of ideas, that they were all mixed together.

4) A piece of advice that I have for a future class starting on demands is that you have to have a SUPER strong introduction and more importantly a thesis, because it is the start of your paper so if it suck then the reader will not want to read the rest of the story, paper, essay, etc. You have to want to start your story off in a really strong way to make the rest of the story great!
