That's how i know she hates thecity  and doesn't want to live there. 

I know the second point of view of the city. That point of view is passion for the city because in stanza 2 in lines 20, 21, and 22 it says "When I'm glad, Lifts me with its strength and height." That shows me the city makes that person happy.
