Roles:

Team Leader: This role is performed by Federico Herrero and consists of helping the rest of the team with completing their tasks.

Organizer: This role is performed by Javier De Pedro and his work is controlling everything is working right by organising group meetings and online tools.

Team Reporter: This role is  performed by Juan Martínez-Fresneda he is basically the ¨Press person¨.What he is doing is reporting the rest of the groups what are the new updates and how the team is working day by day.

Lead Researcher: This role is performed by Carlos Ruíz-Jarabo, and he has to help the rest of the team with their research material.

To understand why, we must look back and analyze our situation. We are 2º Bachillerato students, which means this is our final year, with the Selectividad exam at the end, which will inevitably determine our future. In order to achieve our goals, we need to work hard to get the best marks as possible. Having said this, it could be interpreted as if we have chosen not to invest our time and efforts in English, but, considering our level of English (reffering to those ones with more than a B2 Level, the official 2º Bachillerato level — the great majority of the class) we should all be getting high marks with ease.  Considering this, from our point of view, this project semt just like any other one, where we would work at our 70% just to be able to produce a fairly decent work at the end of the day. It was this attitude that we had towards the project that got it to the current situation: nearly out of time to finish the recording and editing. 

So, all in all, looking back at our overall performance during the year, I think we should have done more to get the work done, even if we didn't agree with it. 

Everything seemed so perfect but it didn’t really work out. The main reason for this is related to 2 Bachillerato, which is our last year in school, and Selectividad, an exam that needs to be taken at the end. This year is obviously then the hardest for us and we have to study a lot in a little time. So in my opinion this project is greatly structured and it is beneficial for students but I would have done it in 4^th of ESO for example, where we also had a great level of English but most importantly, we had much more time and stress wasn’t really part of our life. This project needs a great dose of creativity and with the pressure we are having this year it’s really hard to come up with ideas to improve the project.

In conclusion, this project didn’t work out well because I think it shouldn’t have been done this last year but also because of our attitude towards the work since the beginning of the year.
