         <description><![CDATA[<div>Being lucky enough to find a nice and friendly person who's willing to share a place with, isn't that easy.<br>Firstly, we must get to know the person,in this case,the roommate,in a deeper way, for instance consider talking about your rotine,habits,interests and lifestyle,it would make things clearer.<br>Secondly, it is always good to know,how much space she/he needs, and the other way round, because everybody needs a time off, to study,read or even just be quiet on the bed.<br>Thirdly,both roommates must be understanding,helpful and organazed,in summary, they've to team-up with each other.<br>I believe that sharing a place with someone can be very complex,once that everyone is different from another. However, I keep thinking  that if we planned things before, the whole situation must work out.</div>]]></description>
