Every day, he wakes up at 5 o’clock in the morning. He drinks a big cup of coffee and prepares his uniform. Then, he goes to work very early.

At work, he checks his equipment carefully. He trains with his team and practices shooting. He also helps other police officers and gives them advice. Sometimes, he drives around the city to make sure everything is safe.

At noon, he eats lunch with his coworkers. In the afternoon, he usually finishes reports and talks with his boss about security plans.

When he comes back home, he relaxes and watches the news. In the evening, he spends time with the family. He likes to read books about history and tactics.

At night, he goes to bed early because he always wakes up before sunrise. I admire my father because he is brave, disciplined, and he works hard to protect people.
