About Nicholas Carrs conference i have to say i disagree at the begining because i felt it overacting when he said that his goal was the people going to smash his smarthpones at lunch. But, during the conference it became more sense. According to the information that he gave us People are custom to take the smarhpones 165 times a day it doesn´t permit to concentrate and be aware 100% on the thinks that we have.

We live in a new enviroment that we spend all day long in social media, and it giving us many information. it is a compulsive behavior in ourselves. We have two forms of memory our working memory that is what we thinking about and the secod is our long term memory wich is been able to process a lot of information. but when you conect both it´s became in knoledge. The problem is because the consolidation is easy to break because this only happens when you are concetrate and we can´t because we are involve in the screens with many distraction and interruptions. we´ven´t been aware or concetrate and we aren´t able to identify the important information.

"The tecnology constantly subverting our ability to think our deepest most profund thoughts" i totaly agree about it, we are missing our capacity to develp creative thinking, reflective thinking and critical thinking and i think is the most important part of his conference. We have to manage better the way that we consume the information and try to be aware about the important information.
