         <description><![CDATA[<div>Before taking the MyPlate quiz, I didn't think too much about the food I ate in terms of variety. I've now come to realize that I'm not getting all of the food groups I need, some of them I'm not eating at all. My results show that I'm a MyPlate beginner, signifying that I need to work on eating all of the food groups I need.<br>My goal is to eat at least one fruit a day paired with a meal.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I chose this as one of my recipes because strawberries are my favorite fruit and pairing it with whipped cream would make it feel as if I'm eating a dessert. I thought this would be a fun way to incorporate fruits into my diet. It's also a simple snack to make in a college dorm. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I chose this as my second recipe because not only does it have fruits, it also has vegetables, both being food groups I wanted to incorporate into my diet. As a college student, I don't get a lot of time to be in my dorm room and eat, so the selling point for me was that it is portable. This will help my goal since I wont be tempted to quickly get something like a burger, I would already have the wrap ready to eat. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I'm a light sleeper, so I know that I don't usually get enough sleep every night. My results reflected this. However, my sleeping problems aren't critical or in need of concern. I would rate my quality of sleep a 7/10 since it is hard to sleep fully throughout the night without waking up, but I'm able to get through my day without it being too much of an issue. </div>]]></description>

         <title>Exercise Goals</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Walk for at least 30 minutes everyday by walking on the treadmill or around campus<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;- Since I don't walk a lot to begin with, I can work my way up to this my increasing the time I walk everyday. If I walked for 10 minutes one day, I will increase it to 10 more minutes the next day and so on.<br>2. Learn 2 choreographies to k-pop songs each week.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;- Dancing is my favorite form of cardio, as well as k-pop being my favorite genre of music. I feel this would be a fun way to incorporate exercise into my life.<br>3. Do weight training 3 times a week<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;- I plan on focusing on 3 different sections of muscle each time: chest/back/abs, arms, and legs. <br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Focus on what is happening in front of me. I tend to zone out in public especially if I'm in a crowded, uncomfortable place. One thing I could do to refocus is check my five senses, doing this will fully get me in check for what is happening around me.&nbsp;<br><br>2. Meditating before I start the day. My own way of meditating would be to sit up in bed right after I wake up and take 5 deep breaths. I sometimes wake up with anxiety for what the day will bring so I feel this would be helpful to calm my nerves. </div>]]></description>
