School is out. The Howard's are trapped in there house. There is a moat around there house. No one can get out. It was late at night, people falling asleep to the rain. Power is out all they can do it sleep. Not considering the state there backyard is at Roses father lets Rain go out to the bathroom. She calls all the shelters multipull times a day. But the shelter figured out who she really belonged to. Rose had a hard decision to make. Ether, she wants to keep Rain, or give it back to the owner that lost her in that storm a year ago......................................
