Have a designated spot for each work place or partnership to sit (if space is available)

Taking away the classroom teacher during intervention is difficult- because we cannot support the students not in interventions. Are there other staff members (coaches, etc) who can help take our groups?

Have students work on digital math activities like interactive Boom Cards that target specific skills.

The days our practicum student is in the room is extremely helpful to support the other students while the teachers are pulling students for math intervention.

Create groups of students a different math levels to help support learning and understanding.

On the math slides, I have designated partners for each day. Students then utilize the workplaces after the task is complete

Third, Fourth and fifth graders that have Beast Academy, should be working on that independently 4 to 5 times a week for 15 minutes per session. They would be challenged and it could help the noise level in classrooms.

One day a week work with the small group on some of the grade level math workbook pages.

I try and sneak in 1-2 problems before transitioning into group. Otherwise I utilize number corner to continue working on skills.

The game Prodigy lets you create assignments and quizzes and select different skills, and lets you assign them to kids. You can also differentiate the assignments so that different groups of kids get what they need.

Having other staff members in the room to help with supporting students would be helpful to the teacher doing intervention as well as the classroom teacher trying to do a group. It gets very noisy or behaviors takes away from intervention group.

Could we pull students to a more quiet location for intervention? So far in kindergarten and first grade the classrooms tend to be very busy and distracting for the students I am working with.

When I have my small group up at the teacher table, I have the rest of the students work in small groups to do their workbook pages/home connections. They love being able to talk and work through the problems. It's especially helpful for my language learners.

Having the rest of the class sit together would perhaps help with noise and help stress the idea that they are still 'in class' and expected to work and learn.

Differentiated and/or practice that is aligned with the lesson, but is chromebook and/or game based. This has the potential to really captures student attention and provide learning presented in different mediums. Specific skills can be targeted and students don't always they are practicing the same content that they are practicing when using paper and pencil.

Train peer tutors to regularly work with assigned students for peer-support.
