I'm thankful for another year at Isel, where I can be part of Kids 3 and this wonderful team. My students behaved well; we're reviewing and learning the rules. I'm impressed by how understanding and empathetic they are with me and with each other.

There are two students who are having some difficulty doing their activities independently. I don't know if I have any suggestions about that, perhaps just keep working hard in class until they reach the level of the other students.

I am thankful to continue learning and exploring the world of English. I am grateful for my course, which is interesting how they are receiving each content and how they are already relating to each other.

My worry is that some students are lost, frustrated too, the impact of English is more shocking for them than for others. I am still looking for solutions for them, I try to simplify as much as I can certain contents for them to understand.

Any help from you, I welcome them with open arms.

I'm thankful for a lot of things. But specially this week I could get that some students completed their assigments and worked in class. They discovered they could do that, and that´s so sastisfying for me. I'm also thankful for the place where I work and this special team which support me everyday.

I am thankful for the positive atmosphere we are buiding together at ISEL this year. I like my classes a lot. Yes, there are some students that worry me, I am still trying to create, suport or strenghen the bond with them (esp. in fourth year: Estefi (not interested in learning), Gonzalo (too shy and wants to hide his work), Thiago (does not want to study). I think they will have to make a decision through the year. I hope I can lead them to a good decision but I understand that this is something I cannot

I'm thankful for the excellent team that has Isel and my amazing students who impressed me (in a good way) in each class.

If I had to say something positive that happened in my classes this week, I would mentioned the love and appreciation that I got from my sts. The bond that we are building is getting strong and I'm so grateful for that.

I'm worried about a student of 5th year (Maximo) and the way he is dragging his classmates to be like him so it's been a challenged this week. But I'm trying a lot of techniques to improve that situation so it is getting better.

I'm very grateful to have finished the week well, I put a lot of joy into this week.

Something positive happened this week: I saw students from last year and they hugged me a lot.

Somethingthat worries me is that this group is different from last year's; they're more active. This week, the class got out of hand for me on occasion, and it can be frustrating at times, but I always face it with joy.

I don't know exactly how to deal with it, but I'll listen to my colleagues' advice.

This week I am grateful for the satisfaction that comes from my job. I love teaching, I love my classes and the opportunity to make an impact on other people’s lives through them in a school that encourages me to give my best.
This week, I’ve seen students from Kids 3 helping their classmates and students from 2^nd year completing their tasks successfully, and that’s something positive for me. About my worries, there’s one student (Jazmin) who doesn’t seem interested during the class and doesn’t complete their tasks.
